Med Sync: one pickup day for all your prescriptions

How it works

• We review your profile: We look at everything you take regularly, not just the prescription due today, and work out which ones make sense to line up.
• We align the dates: Getting there sometimes means one shorter fill to bring a medication into step with the rest. A short fill may have a different copay, and we will tell you before we do it.
• We check in before each cycle: Ahead of your pickup day we confirm what you still need, so nothing gets filled that you have stopped taking.
• You pick a day: Tell us what day and time usually suit you, and whether you would rather we call or text.

What does not get synced automatically

Not every medication is suitable for syncing. Some need a closer look first, and we will talk them through with you rather than assume:

• Medications you only take as needed.
• Controlled medications, which still follow their normal legal and refill timing.
• Inhalers, nasal sprays, and eye drops, where the real days supply depends on how you use them.
• Anything with an unusual day supply or unclear directions.

Getting started

There is no separate charge for Med Sync, and you can ask to stop at any time. There is no form to fill in. Mention Med Sync next time you are in, or call us and we will look at your profile together and set it up.
