Your prescriptions, filled here

Insurance and changes: who does what

A few things involve your plan and your prescriber as well as us. This is how the work is divided.

Who is responsible for each part of insurance and prescription changes
Situation You Quality Care Your prescriber
Checking your coverage Call before you move anything if you are unsure about your plan. We accept most insurance plans and will check yours. Nothing, unless the plan asks for more.
Prior authorization No request to file. Ask us if you want to know where it stands. We send your prescriber what the plan is asking for. The office submits the request to your plan.
A different strength, quantity or medication Tell us if the price is not what you expected. We talk the options through and contact your prescriber. Authorizes any change that requires it.

Picking up, or having it brought to you

Pick up at the counter during business hours. If you would rather not come in, we deliver free on weekday afternoons to Wylie, Sachse and Murphy, use a courier across much of the metroplex, and ship eligible prescriptions by USPS to Texas addresses only.
